Smoothies are our absolute favorites. We have them pretty much every week. Thanks to the super cool veggie bullet, making a smoothie is piece of cake! Our smoothies are served in various shapes of glasses along with a spoon. You can either eat it or drink it. The silky smooth texture of the base makes you wanna drink it, the crunchy nut topping makes you wanna eat it. Pretty tricky eh?
Ingredients
1/2 Apple with skin
1/2 banana without skin
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp milk
3 ice cubes
1/4 cup chopped nuts (pista, almond)
3-4 dried figs
Makes : 2 small glasses
Directions
1. Blend all the fruits in the blender with ice cubes and milk
2. Pour into a glass, garnish with nuts and saffron
3. Eat it or drink it!
