Choco hazelnut heart

Who doesn't love a good chocolate dessert? The combination of hazelnut and chocolate is totally irresistible. The raw flour in itself doesn't have much flavor to it. The trick is to roast the flour for few minutes to bring out the creamy nutty hazelnut aroma.

Here is a very simple and delicious no bake chocolate dessert for the holiday. You can replace cashew and raisins with the nuts of your choice. I like mine chewy, hence raisin!

Ingredients
1 inch butter
1 cup hazelnut flour
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp sugar substitute
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup rasins

Directions
1. Melt butter in a pan. Add the hazelnut flour and sugar substitute, roast for 5-8 minutes until you smell the sweet aroma from the hazelnut flour.

 2. Scoop the flour into a heart shaped mold. Press thoroughly for the flour to settle completely inside the mold.

3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave for a minute. Pour on the hazelnut flour inside the mold and spread evenly.

4. Sprinkle chopped cashews and raisin. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

5. Carefully remove the mold and serve
