Bread is one of the most difficult thing to bake at home for a beginner like me . You need a miracle to get the perfect texture, color and taste. This is one of the best bakes so far. Though not low carb, it certainly satisfies my tastes. I used a bread maker for this recipe which kneads, rises and bakes the dough. You can use a standard bread making procedure using the oven with these ingredients.
I love this bread as it has a rich flavor and slightly sweetish. It can be eaten by itself without any spread or dip. Different nuts and seeds can be used to make the bread more interesting. Happy to end the year with a perfect bread.
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour1¾ cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp wheat gluten
1½ cups warm water
1 tbsp sugar
2¼ tsp instant dry yeast (1 package)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp truvia (or any other sweetener)
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Oats, for sprinkling

Directions
- Mix the all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, wheat gluten and sunflower seeds in a bowl and keep aside
- Add warm water to the bread making bowl
- Stir all the ingredients into the bread bowl, except the flour mixture
